The Cootehill Group of Parishes consists of three neighbouring parishes located in the north east of County Cavan. The parishes within the group are: Drumgoon (Cootehill), Ashfield and Killesherdoney. Attached to Drumgoon is a Chapel-of-Ease, situated some 7km away and named Dernakesh. All churches are located within 7km of Cootehill town.

 

We are members of the Church of Ireland and therefore also members of the worldwide Anglican Communion.

As we move into the 21st century our desire is to grow into parishes
